Eligibility
Users must provide accurate personal and booking details. Misleading or false information may lead to booking cancellation.
Booking Rules
Bookings are confirmed only after payment success and OTP phone verification. Slot time, duration, and guest count must match actual usage.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Any payment dispute must include payment ID and booking details for verification.
Liability & Conduct
Studios may deny service for policy violations, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment. Platform reserves the right to suspend violating accounts.
