Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before booked slot time are generally eligible for refund review.
Non-Refundable Cases
No-shows, incomplete usage disputes without proof, and late cancellations may be non-refundable based on studio-level policies.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
